We will strive to build a healthy food culture and purchase and develop products that minimize environmental impact.To this end, we will promote the smart farm business and expand the operation of sustainable products such as the use of eco-friendly packaging materials and introduction of MSC/ASC-certified fisheries. In addition, we will create a distribution environment where we can realize win-win and grow together with our suppliers such as contract cultivation and compliance obligation.

We will solidify our roles as a food business partner that grows alongside customers' entire life cycle.We will strengthen communication with companies and product brands from primary customer to final consumer and contribute to leading a healthy food culture through continuous win-win and growth with customers.

As a food business partner, we will create a healthy food culture together with our customers for a sustainable future.By constructing a digital platform that combines big data and AI, we analyze nutrition intake and eating habits by life cycle from infants to the elderly; based on this, we provide optimized product and customized diet solutions for the entire nation to have balanced eating habits and healthy life.

FS Business Division

In order to provide healthy and balanced meals and service to various customers of all ages, we will consider a sustainable environment in all processes from food materials to providing meals.We will make continuous efforts to spread a safe, healthy food culture to all customers.

Responsible for safety management

In order to provide healthy and safe products and services to customers, we have established an environmental and safety management system, and we are striving for socially responsible management.We will continue striving to maintain and develop a sustainable supply chain system through technical support and win-win cooperation with suppliers.

Responsible for Digital Innovation

To reduce carbon, we will introduce digital carbon emission reduction technology such as cloud conversion and improve operational efficiency.We will create a sustainable digital business environment by developing digital business models that support customer success. In addition, we will thoroughly protect the information of our stakeholders including customers and employees to serve as the last line of defense for risk control.

Responsible for SCM Innovation

We are taking the lead in implementing a circular economy by introducing the first electric truck in the food distribution industry and reusing ice packs through cooperation with local governments.In addition, we are operating a smart logistics center equipped with automated facilities to ensure worker safety and improve the working environment. We will continue to recognize the global mission of overcoming the climate crisis and strive to practice eco-friendly operation at all stages of the logistics environment.
